Products can cool below the suggested minimum application temperature (at least 73°F or 23°C)

PRODUCT WASTE & SLOW REACTION

Plating during colder temperatures slows down the chemical reaction time and results in using more products.This is a waste of money, products, and produces a less brilliant chrome finish.

WORKAROUNDS FOR COLD SEASONS…

KEEP CONSISTENT TEMPERATURES IN SPRAY BOOTH
Ensure your parts are not cold, & always keep a minimum temperature of 23° Celsius / 73° F in your spray booth

STORE PRODUCTS IN A WARM AREA

Keeping the chemicals in a warm environment will maintain proper temperatures for plating and is ideal

STORE MACHINE AT END OF USE

When finished using for the day, wheel the Cosmichrome system to a heated environment for safe keeping

KEEP CONSISTENT TEMPERATURES

It is VERY IMPORTANT that your chemicals and water remain at a minimum temperature of 23° C or 73°F

IF STORING IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT…

Cover the tanks with an electric blanket in order to keep the products warm and protected

THE CHEMICAL HEATING UNIT IS THE IDEAL SOLUTION

Products from the tanks enter the heating unit and remain heated by the coils

READY FOR ACTION REGARDLESS OF OUTER TEMPERATURES

Products remain at a set temperature for when you are ready to use them over time
